Holy chicken, ya'll. Like get down and praise for the maker good. Crispy, packed full of flavor, and made with heart! Someone back there is taking their time to get the chicken just right. Service is quick and friendly and the ambience was sleek for a date nite. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening's view. Place was busy, but never overwhelmed!

Great service. The server was amazing. The food was delicious. I ordered a Salmon with spinach cream on top of a bed of hash-browns. My wife got a berry berry salad with lobster. My friend glad a couple of lobster tails with grits.

I LOVE giving a great review, but I find it equally necessary to let an establishment know when the mark has been missed. For the last month, my husband and I have driven down from church to have breakfast at this location. The food and the atmosphere have been on point. My previous review is a 'taste' of what we have come to expect and thus far have received. Today, the mark was missed. I believe the customer who shares their experience with an establishment is doing a service, and the customer who just bad-mouths is not. I write this as a review of the service we received; the food still met the mark (you can't deny the biscuit; it is exceptional). I don't want to embarrass anyone, so I am giving our transaction #: 511583. The greeting was good, and things went downhill from there. The order was wrong; the condiments introduced to us were never delivered, and there was no contact beyond the order being taken. She never asked if we wanted to refill our water, never asked if I wanted a coffee refill, the creamer I requested was received only on the refill (French Vanilla), and she NEVER checked back in to see if the food was good or bad. Once we could locate her to tell her that the food order was incomplete, it seemed as though her demeanor lowered, as if it could get any lower. We saw one of our previous servers and wished we had been in her area. If today had been our first impression, we may have not returned. When I solicited her attention to receive the check, she placed it on the table as she walked by to another table. The opportunity for redemption had passed at that point. I think we gave the smallest tip we have ever given, and only gave enough to even out the amount. My suggestions would be: FIRST, recite the order so you are sure you heard what you wrote down. SECOND, if you mention there are different types of hot sauces, and you go as far as giving a full description of what is in the sauce, just MAKE SURE it comes out with the food, and MOST importantly, check on your guests to make sure they don't need an anything. It is not like we can get up and walk to the kitchen to get it ourselves. I write this as constructive criticism because I paid my money to eat here. But if this was a one-off and she is having a bad day, I extend her grace in hopes that she has better days.

Great customer service and good food. I've tried the Encore (salmon and grits) and our waitress suggested getting it fried hard to preserve for eating later and it worked! The salmon was still great when I finished it later the same day. Also loved the lychee mimosa and staple appetizer, M&H Biscuit. Think elevated Church's biscuit and still be even better than you imagine. Loved the playlist to create a cool vibe. Will return with more people to enjoy the great food, drink, and environment. Thank you!

INCREDIBLE FOOD ‼ We stopped here for breakfast before going to Six Flags, and I'm so glad we did. The atmosphere is very cute with lots of tables inside and on their patio. We were served by Dina who was one of the nicest servers I've ever met! Food came out speedy, hot, and delicious. I ordered the pancake meal with chicken tenders, grits, and scrambled cheese eggs. Pro tip: ask for the Cajun sauce on the side. The pancakes were some of the best I had, and the fried chicken dipped in the Cajun sauce is unmatched. Dina also overheard that it was my friends birthday and surprised our table with a song AND a beautiful dessert biscuit! 10/10 experience all around! I wish I tried some of their seafood entrees, but I will definitely be back to do so!

This was an ubereats order so I can't speak to the ambience. For a delivery the service was quick, the food was fresh, and I received everything I ordered. I ordered a honey butter biscuit, 4 whole wings, salmon hash, and the steak and eggs with potatoes. First, I'm not a biscuit person but this biscuit was delicious. I ate the entire thing and I usually just toss a biscuit to the side. The fried chicken was fried well and seasoned well. Nothing to rave about but you won't be disappointed at all. The salmon hash was okay. I liked the spinach cream sauce but would have preferred grits over hashbrowns and grilled salmon over fried. The salmon and hashbrowns were a little soggy. They would probably be better eating inside the restaurant. My husband had the steak and eggs and he loved it. There was a deal on ubereats so I probably spent less money having it delivered than eating inside which is rare. As long as this deal is going, I will definitely order again.

After picking up Mom from the airport, we were seeking a late lunch. We needed to get to the interstate but avoid 285 so I took the family here. It's a great place that's unpretentious and locals love it. The carafe of mimosas is a fan favorite as well as the M&H biscuit. Our server was pleasant, thorough and attentive. Actually the entire staff was. We felt like lunch (however they offer lots of breakfast options all day). The Surf & Turf burger includes a turkey or beef patty, shrimp and turkey or pork bacon. The Seaside is a pasta dish with a huge piece of salmon, stuffed with crab and over penne pasta with spinach and tomatoes. Very tasty and great presentation for a casual meal. I definitely recommend visiting this location after the busy brunch crowd. The menu has salads, soul food, seafood, grits, waffles and more so there's something for everyone. They close at 4 PM and parking is free.

Oh yes! I finally had the chance to experience Milk & Honey and I am hooked! We were at church and on a whim decided to go eat after service. As we attended the 9:30 am service, it was the perfect time for Sunday Brunch. We decided on Milk & Honey as it was super close and decided to head on over. Upon arrival, we were advised there would be a 45-60 minute wait. As we were all there and parked we decided to wait. As the ambiance of Milk & Honey extends outside the doors, the tone was great with a nice vibes of friends and photos. LoL! As their is an outdoor backdrop, we decided to capture the moment and have fine taking pics. Once our table was ready we headed inside to be seated. The location is on the smaller side, however, they have made great use of the space. You are able to eat comfortably and feel crowded. Our waitress, Rickye, arrived at our table with all smiles. She asked if we had made reservations and when we advised her we hadn't she made us aware that if we do advance reservations ($25 Deposit) we would be guaranteed seating. Shout out to Rickye for dropping that jewel. After greeting us Rickeye went over the menu with us and took our drink orders. Along with the ambiance being up dear and full of energy, Rickye was the exact same. She was super pleasant, engaging, and excited to assist us. A true example of great service. As everything on the menu looked good it was hard to decide. Nonetheless, I decided on the Milk & Honey (Half Regular, Half Red Velvet) Waffle with Fried Wings. Babeeeeeeeeeeeee. Hear me when I say, Yes Gawdddddddddddddddd!!!! This food was amazing. The waffle was fresh. Not dry. Now too sweet and most of all, fluffy. The wings were well seasoned, moist in the middle, crispy on the outside and best of all, the batter isn't doughy and has more of a crumbly texture to it. I don't know whose aunt or uncle was in the back cooking but they showed awffffffffffffffff today. I highly recommend making a stop through Milk & Honey if you're in the area. Even if there is a wait, it's worth it!!!!!
